Mr. Fritz is originally from Illinois and received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of Chicago in 1982 and his law degree from UCLA School of Law in 1986. He was admitted to practice law in California in 1987.

The emphasis of his law practice is Unfair ompetition, Construction Law, Business Law, and General Civil Litigation.

Mr. Fritz has represented clients in numerous court trials, arbitrations and has jury trial experience. He is an active Arbitrator, Mediator, Small Claims Judge in Sonoma County and Fee Arbitrator for the Sonoma County Bar Assocition. His civic involment includes ervice on the Board of Directors for the North Bay Regional Center and past president of the Sonoma County Young Lawyers Association. Mr. Fritz is a Sonoma County Bar Association Member.

Ms. Fritz was raised in Brooklyn, New York and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University in 1983 and her law degree from UCLA School of Law in 1987 and was admitted to practice law in California in 1988.

Ms. Fritz is bilingual in Spanish and has extensive experience in Labor & Employment law, including counseling clients regarding preventative measures, regulation compliance, advocating for clients before government agencies and representating clients in the State and Federal courts in litigation matters.

Ms. Fritz is an active member of the community: a Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Santa Rosa graduatge (LSR VII), founding Board of Director of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, mentor in the SRJC Puente Program and past president of the Board of Directors Cultural Arts Council of Sonoma County. Ms. Fritz is a member of PASCO, Women in Law & Sonoma County Bar Association.
